The Lottery is a weekly drawing of $1 tickets. When players purchase tickets in bulk, the house collects a 10% fee and adds the remaining to the "pot" to be won.
Each week, two winning tickets are randomly selected with even odds of selection for each ticket, with a sole exception: One player may not own both tickets. Thus there will always be two different winners of the lottery.
The two lottery winners each receive half of the pot.
