The stats page will show you various stats and facts about the game. Here are some of the things that can be found there.

* Corrupt Agent Rankings (link) - Shows the top earning CA's over the past 3 months
* Wack Activity - Shows successes, failures, and wackbacks sitewide for the past week.
* Various other facts such as BG count, Number of pro PPers and wackers, associates, and admin wacks this week.
* Rank Breakdown - Shows the number of players currently at each rank
* Total available cash in game - Amount of total money in the game currently.
* Host status - Status of the MR host routers, etc.

The city rules page displays the rules of the current city you are in. City Rules are made up by the Godfather or head of the city, and therefore very from city to city. There is a drop-down menu where you can select which city's rules you would like to view. It is a very good idea to know the rules of the city you are in, as breaking them could cause a severe case of death.

The locals list is simply a list of the people in the same city as you are at that time, along with their rank and start date. However it does not show every person there, only people who's stealth stat is lower than your vision stat. If you have the timers package, online players in your city will be displayed in bold.

IRC, or mibbit, is the quickest and easiest way to chat with friends and family. IRC is Internet Relay Chat. A server program that allows for clients to connect.
Mibbit is one of hundreds of web based IRC clients used to access the IRC server.
There are also downloadable clients such as IceChat, mIRC, XChat, programs for phone access to IRC, it's a pretty big list. Find one that you like, and then download it.

Mibbit - Once you have clicked on the mibbit tab, simply type in your nick and password and press the connect button. You will automatically join your family chat room, plus the game-wide chat room, #DivineLunacy.
