There are a couple factors that come in to play when busting people out.
===Guards===
The number of guards is a direct reflection of the difficulty in breaking someone out. When new to jailbreaking you want to start out with people that have 0 guards and work your way up slowly.
===Location===
The location of the jail in which you are busting people determines the difficult. The difficulty goes as follows starting with the highest:
*New York
*Los Angeles
*Las Vegas
*Philadelphia
*Chicago
*New Orleans
*Detroit
===Scaled Experience===
The more you bust, the less experience points you get per bust. If you want to know what percentage of the experience you'll be receiving you may want to purchase the [[Timer Package]]
