Authorization is where you request the authorization to shoot a person, or their bodyguards, from your crew leader.
Permanent Authorization
'Perm Auth' is where you have the authorization to take any shot at any time. {Note that when using perm auth and shooting at someone more than three ranks difference from you - your crew leader will get a notification that you took this shot) Permanent Wack authorization and permanent Bodyguard Wack are separate requests, so if you seek to be able to do both, you must request both.
