The Godfather of the center district of each city may now choose to step into the role of Godfather - Chairman of that city. This roll confers a few benefits:
- The rank of "GF - Chairman"
- A boost to the Chairman's marksmanship and defense based on the loyalty of the other crew leaders in their city.
- This boost also affects his Right and Left hand men to a lesser amount.
- This boost only works against people in or from the Chairman's city.
- The Chairman will receive half of the taxes paid to the Mayor.
