The Hit List is where players may place bounties on the death of another character or that character's bodyguards. Hits can be placed for any reason or for no reason. The person placing the hit may choose to remain Anonymous, or to have his name posted as the one who issued the hit. It may also be necessary to use the hit list when attempting to kill an inactive character; the potential victim cannot be "found" without a hit being placed on the victim.
