MR:Whos Writing What

Revision as of 20:44, 9 March 2013 by Kismu (Talk | contribs) (To Do List)

Follow the Guidelines

The MR:Guidelines page has a small list of guidelines for writing and editing to keep things consistent. Please follow it.

Getting a Page Reviewed

If you have completed writing a page please add [[Category:Review Please]] as the last line on the page. This will add it to the Category:Review Please list and other members of the wiki will know to look over your work. Please take advantage of this even if you are an editor, anyone can make mistakes.

Instructions

If you are going to do more than a minor quick edit of a page please list what you are working on here.

  • Use a signature! (--~~~~)
  • Make the name of the page you are working on a link to that page.
  • Add your entry to the bottom of the list.
  • If you claim an item on the todo list, remove it from the list.

Signature example:

[[Main Page]] --~~~~

Will do:

Who's Editing What Editing List

To Do List

When you have completed a section please edit the text to be italicized and provide a link so that one of our talented Editors or Managers can proofread it and add/remove anything necessary. Thank you.

  • Staff listing page?
  • Hall of Fame page
    • List previous players of note.
    • Godfathers
      • When (if anyone remembers)
      • How long (if anyone remembers)
      • Killed by (...)
    • Infamous players of the past?
  • Anything on the Wanted Pages list.
    • Be sure the page is something that is actually needed and not just a link to the wrong page.
  • A listing of game changes?
    • Date of change and a small summary.
    • If such a page existed, I think it would be more likely that those pages get incorporated into the wiki as a whole.
  • Guide to invites. How to get one. How to accept one.
    • Clicking "Accepting New Members" links in Crews page does not mean you have joined a crew (Help Forum thread inspired)
