MIAs or Made Inactives, are characters that you spawn solely to shoot and train your gun. You can spawn an MIA by [[Take On A Contract|Taking on a Contract]]. When you do this, you will be given the name of a target in your city, they will lose their protection within 5 minutes. Be careful! If you forget about them and leave them alive for too long, another player may come along and swipe them up!
