The wack page is where you go to kill other players, NPCs, MIAs, and RIAs. In order to wack an account three ranks above or below you you will need to Request Auth. Certain accounts are harder to wack than others. Generally, NPCs, MIAs, and RIAs are the only accounts you should be shooting at unless ordered to by your Crew Leader. New players should consult a more experienced player (typically their crew leader) about shooting and general gun practices.
