If you require answers to questions and can't find them here you can mail HelpDesk where a team of Assistants and other administrative staff are available to answer them.
We will not give players money. We will not give you information about other players. We will not give you information about the game that includes information that is not known by other players (eg. Points, promos, drug prices, etc).
We will help you with your questions. We will aid in the bug reporting process. We will do what we can to make your playing time here as fun as possible. If we do not have the answer we will find it out for you.
If there are no available assistants, or you feel like finding the answer to your question yourself, please feel free to check the community written tutorial located in the HELP menu.
